The Swan Of Tuonela is based on the tone poem by the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius (right click the link to listen to the music) [link]
The music paints a gossamer, transcendental image of a mystical swan swimming around Tuonela According to an ancient Finnish poetry like Kalevala and some others Tuonela is a place for the dead people, kind of realm of death. Tuonela was believed to be under the earth or water or on the island. And there was a river called River Of Tuonela which one had to cross to reach Tuonela © COPYRIGHT NOTICE ![]() Copyright protected with Myows Artworks contained in my gallery are copyrighted ©2007-2009 Juha Roisko / JusuArt. This is my Timey-wimey-detector. Goes ding when there's stuff. And it can fry an egg at twenty paces. Whether you want it to or not, actually. It's... I've learned to stay away from hens. It's not pretty when they blow...
Mä ihailen ehdottomasti myös sun äärettömän hyvää kieli taitoa, osaat kertoa tarinoita silleenkin.
Mä onneton olen aivan hukassa jo pelkkien Englannin sanojenkin kanssa
